Using a well-chosen phrase gives strong biometric performance and good user experience in situations where a PIN or password may have been used in the past

Text independent mode is where natural speech or conversation is used to enroll and authenticate the user. This mode is often used in call centers as a replacement for a series of security questions with the authentication being transparent to the caller
